Step Inside the World of Enchantment

According to Wikipedia, magic is an ancient practice that is rooted in rituals, spiritual divinations and even cultural lineage, where there is an intention to invoke, manipulate, or otherwise manifest so-called “supernatural” forces, beings or even entities in the natural world.

It has been used as a rather ambiguous term referring to a wide variety of beliefs and practices considered to be separate from both religion and science.  However, within earth-centric spiritualities including contemporary witchcraft (a religious style of witchcraft), magic is one of the underpinning threads.

When we think about it, the belief in and the practice of magic extends from the earliest literate cultures, who relied on charms, divination and spells to interpret and influence the forces of nature. Even societies without written language left crafted artifacts, cave art and monuments that have been interpreted as having magical purpose.
