Our connection with spirit (the divine) is the foundation for everything in our lives. When we feel this deep connection, we experience balance, harmony, and a sense of inner peace of knowing who we are. When this connection is missing, it is not uncommon for us to feel out of balance, overwhelmed, or simply just confused with life in general.
Known as the “Land of the Gods”, Bali is a perfect place to undergo this reconnection to our spiritual selves. As such, a special seven day/six night spiritual retreat in Bali will be taking place from Friday, 5 July to Thursday, 11 July 2024.

During this seven day stay on the beautiful island of Bali you will be immersed into a combination of Balinese spiritual practices as well as Western metaphysical concepts that are specifically designed to (re)connect your mind, body and soul back to the divine source (however this appears to you). These teachings will include:
:: Chakra cleansing, realignment and balancing.
:: Guided meditations and processes to assist in locating and releasing emotional blockages and past wounds.
:: Gentle yogic asana practices (suitable for all abilities) to help you reconnection with your “vehicle” in this life time.
:: Connect with the sacredness through learning how to prepare and present the unique Balinese offerings at temples.
:: An opportunity to visit a reputable local Balinese village healer.
:: Guided sacred temple pilgrimages.
The Transform the Soul spiritual retreat will enable you to be embraced by the gentle, yet powerful force, that will encourage you to slow down, let go and relax. Once this happens, you will be able to open up to the voice within, feeling a sense of connectedness with all that is around you.
During the six days that we will be spending time together, you will have the opportunity to:
:: Participate in a SOUL CLEANSING AND PURIFICATION CEREMONY at a sacred water temple.
:: Perform a CANDLE LIT MEDITATION in the tomb of the ancient kings.
:: Visit one of Bali’s most sacred temples, that of PURA ULUN DANU BATUR (dedicated to Dewi Danu).
:: Journey to the beautiful former royal water palace in eastern Bali.
:: Engage in SACRED CEREMONIES.
:: Challenge yourself and climb MOUNT BATUR near the village of Kintamani (optional extra).
:: Undergo a SOUND HEALING at the Pyramids of Chi (optional extra)
and much more.
Most mornings will commence with the opportunity to explore and enhance your own body’s strength and capability through gentle yoga asanas and stretching exercises that will be suitable for all levels together with instructions on calming the mind through pranayama (breathwork techniques).
Each day will include workshops specifically designed to assist with your spiritual immersion at the sacred Balinese temples and other sites that we will be visiting, as well as being beneficial for your integration back into normal life at the conclusion of the tour.
Daily debriefing sessions will take place for the sharing of experiences, with time also being available for personal reflection and journaling, shopping, massages, additional sight seeing and general relaxation.
